Take full responsibility for TikTok Shop operations, including livestreaming, short-form video content planning, and driving sales growth.
Develop and execute TikTok platform operation strategies to enhance market penetration and boost revenue.
Work closely with cross-border teams to plan campaigns, launch products, and track performance results.
Conduct in-depth analysis of key metrics such as GMV, ROI, CTR, and CVR, continuously optimizing performance to achieve scalable business growth.
Manage and maintain relationships with agencies and KOL partners to ensure steady GMV growth.
3–5 years of experience in TikTok e-commerce or short-video platform operations management.
Proven track record of delivering significant GMV growth through TikTok initiatives or campaigns.
Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities, able to independently manage end-to-end projects.
Experience working in a well-known e-commerce company or platform (candidates with small or medium-sized enterprise experience will not be considered).
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
