The Opportunity
As part of the Information Technology Operations team you will manage the service-delivery of audio visual and collaboration technologies that enhance meetings and executive communications. As a Manager, you will lead teams in delivering exceptional AV services, leveraging your technical knowledge and strategic vendor management to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively across diverse teams, delivering integrated solutions that meet the needs of senior leadership while maintaining PwC's commitment to quality and excellence.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 4 years of experience in audio visual/video conference technology support or IT infrastructure

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Demonstrating technical proficiency in AV technologies
- Managing complex AV service delivery environments
- Leveraging knowledge of IT infrastructure components
- Applying sound reinforcement and acoustics technology

For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
