US Reg Reporting - Team Lead

Functional Job Title                       : Team Lead       

Reports to                                        : Lead for Regulatory Reporting Report Preparation                  

Department/ Division       : Report Preparation

Basic Purpose of Job:

Responsibiity to submit TIC Reports disclosures to regulators within due time.

Responsibilities & Tasks Include:

Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Annually TIC reports.

Working on UAT for changes suggested by regulator from time to time.

                                                                                                                

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Graduate degree in finance, business, or equivalent

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services.

  • Familiarity with Financial Reporting and Analysis.

  • Experience in Regulatory Reporting is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills.

  • Excellent coordination skill to deliver the report ontime to to regulators.

  • To review the process and check if the reports are with 100% Accurate.

  • Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines.

  • Ability to work with other departments and represent the team in a positive manner

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Working knowledge in AXIOM is added advantage.

  • Complete and accurate preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to applicable regulators

  • Prepare initial schedules and reports, including primary data provider capture point and work paper preparations

  • To hold good interpersonal relationship building along with employee coaching and development skills.

Skills/ Knowledge

  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate data

  • Financial and accounting skillset – knowledge of regulatory reports and forms

  • Quick learner, having track record of critical timely delivery of reports in short span of time and result oriented
