Job Summary:

PointClickCare is looking for a Product Manager to join our Senior Care Product team. In this role, you'll own product strategy and execution for a portfolio of clinical and regulatory products used by over 30,000 provider organizations. You'll be expected to deeply understand the problem space, make strategic trade-offs, and drive product decisions that improve outcomes for both providers and residents. This is not a requirements-gathering role — you'll be accountable for product impact.

We're looking for someone who can balance maintaining and improving established products with identifying opportunities to modernize and innovate, including leveraging AI and intelligent logic to transform how our customers work.

Reporting to the Director, Product Management

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your portfolio of Senior Care products
Drive product decisions grounded in customer insights, data, regulatory requirements, and business value — not just feature requests
Partner closely with engineering teams to shape solutions and deliver outcomes
Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI, automation, and smarter workflows
Navigate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., MDS, LTCF, immunizations, clinical documentation) and translate that understanding into product direction
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders
Manage products through the full development lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration

Your Key Strengths:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of product management experience
Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle
Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems
Ability to influence and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority
Comfort with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and modern development practices
Excellent communication skills — you can make complex topics clear for any audience

Nice to haves:

Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered product features
Familiarity with clinical documentation, regulatory instruments (MDS, LTCF), or long-term care workflows
A track record of revitalizing or modernizing legacy products
A bias toward product impact over process — you focus on outcomes, not just output
