US Product Manager - PSMA Mid-stream

The PSMA Mid-Stream Product Manager is responsible for PSMA support and launch readiness for BiPASS as well as Global projects, and specific current commercialization requirements for PSMA business such as competition. 

This position plays a critical role in supporting the successful education, training and commercialization of BiPASS.  In addition, this role would support OUS efforts as outlined, in order to support the Global PSMA needs.  

Working closely with Global Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy & Operations, Sales Leadership, and Medical Affairs, this role ensures that designated marketing programs reflect Telix’s global positioning while being tailored for local market needs, compliance, and customer engagement effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities:

 

  1. BiPASS Commercialization (hand off from Upstream)
  • Work closely with Upstream Marketing to identify required content and training for a successful launch and to own/oversee the development.
  • Drive launch readiness activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Access, and Medical Affairs.
  • Implement a clear set of messaging, positioning, customer segmentation, channel segmentation
  • Work closely with PSMA Upstream and Sr. Director to execute the Go-to-Market plan
  • Support and execute US GTM plans closely with the US Commercial team
  • Support and execute OUS GTM plans and business cases specific to BiPASS Globally
  • Manage the tactical calendar and brand deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to oversee creative production, agency management, and internal distribution.
  • Support all LRR reviews
  1. Global support – Competition
  • Own Competitive assessment. Deep competitive intelligence for major competitors built into a clearly laid out strategic deck that is actionable. 
  • The competitive deck is a living deck used by the PSMA team and Tiger teams
  • Conduct research on competition and share with broader teams
  • Work closely with Corporate Comms, Market Access, Development, Medical
  • Develop and own a new Competitive Matrix with direct comparison to Telix products, including Global competitors
  1. OUS and Global support of Business Cases
  • Multiple business cases per quarter arise in order to open new markets and support Regional launches
  • Support the building of the business cases, collaborating with Boni and the Sr. Director of PSMA.
  • Analytics as required with Regions.
  • Presentation development for Business Cases readiness for PMC, tracking or timelines and PMC submissions.
  1. Global support – US to Global projects
  • As many of the larger projects are initiated in the US, this individual would take on specific projects with the intent of turning them into Global Programs.
  • Example: Specialty centric selling tools that are customized to HCP Specialties: Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology, Urology.
  • Clinical Study support – work with Medical team to screen and identify the most impactful studies
  • Support Global Metrics and KPI reporting
  1. Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
  • Critical to this role is collaboration with the International Marketing to assure not to duplicate, but to partner closely. A clear distinction will be the content, competitive and BiPass responsibilities.
  • Working adjacent with the US Market Manager with clear boundaries to focus on Global, Competitive, work directly with Upstream for BiPass Commercialization hand off.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4 –7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience preferred, ideally in oncology, imaging, or diagnostics.
  • Experience in downstream marketing, launch execution, or product marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and influencing others
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional and field-based teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

  • On-time and successful launch BiPASS and outlined projects.
  • Effective alignment between Global and US marketing execution.
  • Measurable increases in awareness, adoption, and utilization post-launch.
  • Strong collaboration and feedback integration across field and global teams.
  • Delivery of compliant, high-impact marketing programs within budget.
