ROLE SUMMARY
HYMPAVZI, a priority brand and growth driver for Specialty Care and Pfizer, is a first-in-class novel anti-TFPI therapy that received approval in October 2024 for the treatment of Hemophilia A and B patients 12 years and older without inhibitors, with the potential for two new indication launches in 2026. The US HYMPAVZI Senior Marketing Manager is a crucial role that will guide the strategic direction and tactical execution for the new indications and continued brand growth.
The Senior Marketing Manager role will lead efforts to develop promotional materials, partner with Customer-facing teams, and work closely with the HCP & patient leads to launch assets and key workstreams to support the new indications. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead high impact tactical initiatives as well as engage and partner closely with cross-functional partners. This role will require work across multiple HCP channels including P2P/congress, NPP/omnichannel, and personal promotion, as well as leading priority integrated initiatives across additional customers, such as patients, caregivers, and access.
The ideal candidate will have recent US marketing experience and will have led key brand imperatives to maximize brand value, with strong end-end ownership. Launch and immediate post-launch experience is preferred. Rare Disease experience is preferred.
This position is based in Pfizer’s NY Headquarters and reports to the US HYMPAVZI HCP Lead and will partner closely with several critical internal Pfizer teams/colleagues.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The US HYMPAVZI Senior Marketing Manager should be creative, motivated, and agile to work across HCP, consumer & payer programs and demonstrates proficient project management skills, vendor management expertise and budget management. This role also requires significant collaboration within Pfizer: Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Agency partners, and various other internal and external stakeholders.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Co-Leads new indication(s) strategy and targeting across customers, partnering closely with HCP & patient leads and HYMPAVZI brand lead
· Leads and develops all new indication tactical execution across HCP channels, including P2P programs, non‑personal promotion, and field pull‑through
· Ensures competitively differentiated pull‑through across HCP and consumer initiatives for new indications
· Supports additional strategic and promotional programs, owning execution across HCP, consumer, and payer
· Measures impact of marketing initiatives, generating early learnings, and driving continuous improvement
· Serves as RC captain for the full brand
· Leads the management of PROMPT and HAS inventory management to ensure availability of resources to the HAS team
· Partners cross‑functionally with HCP other indication lead to ensure strategic alignment and consistency
· Leads HCP budget planning and management across indications
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate demonstrates the ability to influence key stakeholders and collaborate with peers to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact quickly.
· Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
· 2 years of marketing experience required
· 6 years of pharmaceutical industry, provider, managed care, and strategic healthcare consulting experience
· Direct hemophilia experience highly preferred
· Pre-launch / launch experience required
· Digital experience preferred
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and problem solve, qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
· Demonstrated strong project management skills
· Ability to work in a team environment, willingness to take on responsibility and initiative, and strong communication skills
· Ability to flex across HYMPAVZI brand team as needs arise in order to meet business needs for the entire team
· Agency or vendor management experience required
· Experience interfacing/collaborating with Regulatory, Medical, Legal and other functions
· Track record of innovation, leadership and significant contribution to the growth of brands

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
