The US Head of Product Strategy, Respiratory will be responsible for the development, execution and performance of the Respiratory strategy across all indications for Providers and Patients in Respiratory. This role will work closely with the Global Brand team and cross functional partners and GTMC to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration, and executional excellence across the Respiratory team. This role includes providing strategic leadership of the Respiratory marketing team. Reports to the US Franchise Head, Respiratory.

Main Responsibilities
Own the development, execution and performance of a holistic Respiratory strategy inclusive of all indications across Provider and Patient landscape in Respiratory.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the US Dupixent brand team to enable development, alignment and execution of strategy across Asthma & COPD indications
Drive OPEX optimization - ensure smart spending and optimize resource allocation for marketing efforts. Lead the team in fiscal responsibility and accurate budget management.
Lead development of a competitive provider strategy to address current and future competitors.
Lead dynamic situation analysis market map based on moments that matter across the care pathway
Lead tactical plan oversight including Franchise strategy at moments that matter intersection points (including customer solutions)
Key strategic partner with the Global team to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence across the Respiratory marketing team.
Key strategic partner with the Head of Provider and Head of Patient Experience, GTMC as well as the Global team to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence across the team.
Accountable for agency relationships to drive value, innovation and impact to support Provider and Patient strategy while maintaining a critical lens on expense.
Ensure Dupixent consistency across Respiratory specialty and indications.
Clearly communicate strategy with key stakeholders internally and across the alliance.
Inspire the team to embrace play to win behaviors in every aspect of their work.
Encourage innovation by setting and cultivating a culture that embraces failing fast and thoughtful risk taking.
Champion simplification and make critical decisions to simply and create efficiencies for the entire marketing structure.

About You
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (15+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on omnichannel strategy, franchise management, and business transformation.
Respiratory launch experience with a deep understanding of the current landscape. Demonstrated experience in the US pharma and access environment.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Senior Leaders.
Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on matrix teams. Experience in navigating and managing complex alliance partnerships.
Prioritizes people development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters innovation, transformation, and outside the box thinking.
Working knowledge of the regulatory environment, Respiratory, or Biologic experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is:
$232,500.00 - $335,833.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
