The Role

  • We’re looking for a dynamic communicator to join our U.S. Corporate Affairs team as Associate Director, U.S. Field Communications. 
  • Own and govern the U.S. enablement narrative, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong connection to global messaging across all U.S. field communications.
  • Produce U.S. GTM events and shape communications that reinforce priorities and engage field audiences.
  • Develop leadership content for U.S. events, partnering with Corporate Affairs colleagues and Marketing to align narratives and messaging.
  • Create and integrate U.S. customer success stories and case studies into communications plans for a comprehensive storytelling approach.
  • Deliver biweekly communications toolkits that equip U.S. GTM teams with timely, actionable information.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. Corporate Affairs with U.S. growth squads
  • Partner with global GTM communications, adapting global strategies for U.S. execution without duplication.
  • Work closely with the U.S. GTM leader to prioritize messaging, align on objectives, and amplify key initiatives across the U.S. field.
  • Provide occasional in-person event support for events.


Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate communications or marketing communications.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies that drive alignment and engagement across virtual teams.
  • Understanding of sales processes/experience supporting sales teams, with the ability to align communications to enablement goals.
  • Expertise in event communications and content development, including executive messaging and audience-specific narratives.
  • Skilled in localizing and adapting global content for regional relevance while maintaining message integrity.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and organizational skills to craft compelling messages and manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional, global teams.
  • Flexible, with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience in IT services and working on global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Knowledge of audience measurement and engagement metrics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
