Role Overview:
The US Asthma Marketing Director will be responsible for the development and execution of the Provider and Patient strategy, narrative & asset creation for Dupixent in Asthma, aligned to the moments that matter. Critical to this role is an ability to drive innovation, deliver quantifiable impact and ensure a strong differentiation from the competition. This role will provide leadership to ensure strong alignment collaboration and executional excellence with cross-functional partners, GTMC, the alliance and the global team. The Marketing Director will develop a thorough understanding of both provider and patient needs.
Reports to the Head of Product Strategy for Respiratory.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the Asthma strategy aligned to the moments that matter, and communicate with key stakeholders internally (e.g. GTMC) and across the alliance.
Embraces innovation and a ‘culture of failing fast’ through thoughtful risk taking – including continuous assessment and validation of brand differentiation, positioning, message development and materials - taking ownership of Pharma 2.0 approach
Pioneer innovative approaches in professional engagements with the provider community – test and learn approach, setting the bar in how we drive provider engagement across functions for both PULMs and APPs
Lead the competitive strategy to address current and future competitors.
Lead the development of high impact patient content (e.g. such as TV/OLV, in-office advertising and promotion, patient videos, patient engagements). Ensure key strategies are aligned with digital and media priorities such as search (paid and organic), display, CRM, and social media channels.
Partner with marketing research team on qualitative and quantitative research, to uncover new insights, claims, messaging, creative campaigns, and measurement
Partner with and manage outside vendors/agencies to develop strategies and deliver tactics
Lead submission of materials with the regulatory review/approval process; Joint Review Committee (JRC)
Analyze and report on performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize marketing ROI and drive business growth.
About You
Qualifications:
7-10+ years’ experience in Brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development with product launch experience in the Respiratory space
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful provider and patient campaigns and strategies
Proven success working in a cross-functional matrix and alliance partnership environment.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making
A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The salary range for this position is:
$178,500.00 - $297,500.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
