The US Associate Director, Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the development, and measurement of key Provider/Patient marketing strategies, tactics and content to support both Asthma and COPD indications. A key responsibility will be to develop marketing content that complements the salesforce and enable accurate Omnichannel experience for our customers NPP (Non-Personal Promotion).
This position will have direct interface with GTMC, Provider and Patient Experience teams, and agency teams.
Reports to the Head of Product Strategy for Respiratory.

Main Responsibilities:
Transform Brand Strategy into compelling, data-driven Omnichannel plans and content, driven by customer insights and analytics
Leverage and integrate multiple customer engagement channels to create seamless, cross-channel journeys that enhance Provider and Patient interactions.
Design, execute, and optimize Omnichannel tactical plans for Dupixent, ensuring a customer-centric approach for provider segments
Provide clear strategic direction to internal partners (e.g. GTMC) and agencies on channel mix selection, content development, and tactical execution
Prioritize an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every interaction drives meaningful engagement and facilitates ongoing brand conversations
Work closely with internal partners (e.g. GTMC) to develop targeted Omnichannel measurement plans, defining KPIs, goals, and success benchmarks that align with business objectives
Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g. GTMC) to ensure brand alignment and execution excellence
About You
Qualifications
3-6+ years’ experience in product/brand management, with product launch experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries
Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with the regulatory review/approval process
Comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Respiratory (and Biologic) Experience is considered to be an asset

The salary range for this position is:
$148,500.00 - $214,500.00All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
