Provides pediatric and adult mental health therapy as part of a large, multi-disciplinary behavioral health team in an innovative pediatric version of the integrative primary/mental health care model.
Provide highest quality therapy services to patients
Participate in clinical team meetings with Urgent Care and MH staff
Maintains weekly scheduled therapy appointments
Completes required documentation and paperwork including clinical assessments, treatment planning, and updating of patient medical records within 48 hours of patient visits.
Possesses excellent communication and engagement skills
Utilize standardized tools (PHQ9, GAD7 etc..) to identify patients that can benefit from ongoing MH services and help families navigate treatment
Able to make rapid assessments and follow through on recommendations in a timely manner
Demonstrate deep knowledge of various mental health issues and symptoms and assist staff in UC to identify patients demonstrating mental health needs
Demonstrate a deep knowledge of child development and assist families and staff who verbalize concerns to determine appropriate assessment and next steps
Able to professionally represent PM Mental Health when meeting with local providers, hospitals and payers
Able to make independent clinical decisions with a minimum of guidance
Demonstrates deep understanding to the intersection of mental health and physical health issues
Expert in various modalities of short-term therapy
Compensation range: $70,000-$85,000

Must be independently licensed in state of practice.
