The Unlicensed Flex Team in the Member Service Center has an opening for an Unlicensed Flex Specialist. Applicants must be able to handle high volume while maintaining accuracy, organization, and detail. This position is open to our Traverse City, Michigan office and requires you to be in office.

What you’ll do

  • Manage diverse workflows effectively.
  • Handle member applications and incoming documents promptly.
  • Process member payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Convert electronic communications into member files.
  • Process updates to member policies.
  • Achieve monthly team production and accuracy goals consistently.
  • Support other departments with data entry and various projects as needed.

Other things to note

  • This position is an in-office role at our Traverse City, Michigan location
  • The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
  • The compensation for this position will be $18.50 per hour with full benefits.
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
