We're seeking a University Recruiter on a contract basis to lead and manage high-volume interview processes and oversee seamless execution of campus events with onsite interviewing. The role also requires strong adaptability to a dynamic recruiting environment and excellent presentation skills to effectively represent the company to early career talent.
What You'll Do
Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing and screening, manage high volume candidate interviews/events and offer management
Plan and execute campus events such as career fairs, onsite interviews, and networking opportunities.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple campus recruiting cycles effectively.
Tell out F5 story and represent our Intern Program through compelling presentations to university audiences to promote the company’s brand and opportunities for students and new graduates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and recruiter needs.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and event outcomes.
What You Bring
2-5 years of relevant experience in early career talent acquisition or university recruiting, ideal expertise in Tech/ Engineering campus recruitment
Expertise in managing high-volume interview pipelines with a focus on efficiency and candidate experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in planning and managing campus events, including setting up and overseeing onsite interviews.
Confident presentation and public speaking skills to engage large groups of students and university staff.
