We are looking for a University Recruiter to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to the Senior Manager, University Hiring and is based in San Jose, California.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit early career talent for internship and full-time, new college graduate positions. Actively source and screen candidates from university channels.
  • Build and maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle, from application and onboarding, throughout the intern program and into conversion to full time employment at Bloom Energy.
  • Contribute to and lead on-campus and virtual recruiting events, including career fairs, info sessions, coffee chats, and more. Some travel may be required.
  • Promote Employer Brand and Highlight the benefits and career opportunities available at Bloom
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand requirements and help with the candidate selection and interview process.
  • Summer Intern Program: Help develop and run programs during the summer internship program.
  • Managing Candidate Experience by ensuring that candidates have positive experiences throughout the recruitment process. This includes timely communication, offering feedback, and providing resources to help candidates make informed decisions.

Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in the field Communications, Human Resources, Business, Humanities, Business Management or related degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting in a corporate environment. University Recruiting experience desired.
  • Experience in building relationships with university career services organizations and employee branding on campuses.
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to work with technical and non-technical organizations and candidates.
  • Strong program management and organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple business partners.
  • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing and executing on the most critical projects.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS system preferred.

Salary Ranges:

$104,200.00 - $149,800.00
