Job Description
DATA MANAGEMENT 35%
Updates operational manuals and workflows based on clinician processes to improve the completion of claims, ensuring alignment with current best practices and enhancing workflow efficiency.
Assists the Director in collecting and tabulating data for reporting purposes; Uses data trends from software systems to support clinician professional growth and productivity.
Collects productivity data weekly, monthly, and quarterly from software systems for clinicians and clinician groups.
Analyzes pharmacy data from OutcomesMTM to predict efficiency across centers.
STAFFING COORDINATION 30%
Organizes student employee schedules and manages new student onboarding processes, orientation, training, and system access.
Coordinates with interns, elective students, and volunteers each semester and summer to provide appropriate hourly coverage at the MTM Center.
COMMUNICATIONS 25%
Communicates IT/IS issues to College of Pharmacy IT Manager and to software system point of contacts through ticket requests, emails, and meetings for problem-solving.
Customizes social media and outreach campaigns with MUSC branding for patients, providers, and
students.
Collaborates with the Social Media and Communications Lead at the College of Pharmacy on social media strategies to engage interns through Instagram and LinkedIn quarterly.
