Have 2-4 years of experience in data entry, clerical, customer service, or insurance experience or equivalent education, training, or experience.
Can type at least 35 words per minute.

Training and in-office expectations:
Training spans 24 weeks. We will help to ensure you are prepared and successful in your new career!
During the 24 weeks of training, approximately 5-6 weeks will take place in-person at our office in Austin, TX.
After training, you will have more flexibility to work a flex-hybrid schedule, with at least two mandatory in-office days per month.
The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Base Pay Range: $22.98 - $28.39 Per HourTexas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
