About the Role

70% Administration support to Underwriting Department:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Underwriting Department, handling essential routine and daily tasks to ensure smooth office operations and maintain a high standard of underwriting service. Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the department.

30% Case Management and Administration
Capability of case management for high net worth and jumbo case from application submission to policy delivery effectiveness, timeliness and accuracy in administrative works between underwriters, channels lead and business-related partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Underwriting Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of the Underwriting Department, including handling complex payment refund processes with proper AML checks, preparing the monthly UNI reports, managing document scanning, processing UNI letters, coordinating requests for medical report copies, and performing a full range of administrative tasks. (50%)
     
  • Provide support to the underwriting team by conducting land and company searches, and coordinating APS services with channels, hospitals, and clinics.(10%)
     
  • Perform ad‑hoc administrative support for departmental projects, IA audits, and other assigned tasks. (10%)

Case Management and Administration  

  • Deliver pre-screening of application document, policy contract checking and ordering, input XGFE for new business, PEP checking, online checking, prepare medical report, administration charges follow up as within our agreed turnaround time. (15%)
     
  • Handle emails and do pre-screening of all emails of CMT, enquiry from HNW center within 24 hours. (15%)

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree. Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
  • 2 years or above of administrative or operations support experience, preferably in insurance, underwriting, or financial services.
  • Good team player with a positive and responsible work attitude.
  • Professional, polite, and service‑oriented approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain well‑structured records.
  • Proficiency in MS applications, good written and verbal communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
