Your new role

  • Support underwriting through general administration, document issuance, chasing and archiving, to ensure delivery of a professional service within agreed timelines.
  • Support the Insurance Admin team, to ensure team objectives are achieved successfully.
  • Input data accurately on relevant internal and external systems to maintain correct and up to date information.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Respond to broker/client requests in accordance with service standards to provide an excellent customer focus.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver superior service standards as part of the extended service team.
  • Review risks entered and where necessary take corrective action to ensure data integrity for the team.
  • Deal with all Credit Control, Claims and Underwriting queries within agreed timescales.

  • Ability to deal with high workload and multitasking activities.
  • Strong organizational skill, able to prioritize and manage stress.
  • Ability to analyse and work on data.
  • Good knowledge of Financial Lines/Liability/Property policies and coverages is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English is a plus.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service, focusing on objectives and meeting Sla’s and internal deadlines.
  • Manage to work in multiple systems, comfortable working with both speed and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in insurance policies administration.

La nuova risorsa verrà coinvolta nel supportare la Branch italiana nelle seguenti attività:

  • Assistenza amministrativa nei processi e nelle procedure relative alla gestione delle polizze sottoscritte da QBE
  • Registrazione sui sistemi di tutti i titoli relativi alle polizze sottoscritte da QBE
  • Emissione di documenti di polizza, gestione dei solleciti dei documenti (firmati dal contraente, di compagnie delegatarie/primary o di layer sottostanti) e archiviazione di tutta la documentazione
  • Relazione con clienti interni (underwriter, credit control, sinistri) ed esterni (intermediari) per la gestione di tutte le richieste relative alle polizze sottoscritte da QBE
  • Utilizzo di SID/Pega/Docusign/ODM

  • Esperienza nella gestione amministrativa delle polizze
  • Buona conoscenza delle garanzie e condizioni specifiche delle polizze Liability/Property/Financial Lines
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft – Word/Excel
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
