The Manufacturing Specialist 1 - Material Plan & Execution_HC is responsible for supporting the efficient planning, procurement, and execution of materials within our manufacturing operations. Job Description

Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the development and maintenance of material plans, ensuring alignment with production schedules and inventory targets.
* Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, identifying and resolving potential shortages or excesses.
* Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery, tracking orders, and expediting when necessary.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to address material-related issues and implement effective solutions.
* Support the implementation and improvement of material management processes and systems.
* Participate in root cause analysis for material discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Prepare and maintain accurate material-related documentation and reports.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, particularly in a medical device manufacturing context.

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, preferably within a regulated industry.
* Strong understanding of inventory management principles and material flow.
* Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and working proficiency in English (both written and spoken) are required.
