Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Ukraine NASAMS Program Integrator (PI).  This position will provide team leadership among the program office, assigned integrated product, and cross product teams. This position will be based in Andover, MA with approx. 25% travel. 

The PI is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; the implementation of PM best practices.

This position is an onsite role, located in Andover, MA

What You Will Do

  • Assist with the day-to-day program execution cadence (battle rhythm) of the program, risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etc.
  • Supporting and leading ad hoc proposals as required
  • Lead execution of pop-up Urgent needs for the Ukrainian End User from scope award to delivery of services/equipment
  • Coordinating with the Production Execution team on key handoffs and deliveries between subcontractor KDA, Raytheon, USG customer, and Ukrainian End User.
  • Execute and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives, consistent with program requirements and Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) policies.
  • Identify and implement key program metrics. Work with the Program Management Office, Integrated Product Teams and Functional leads to implement and drive closure of corrective actions as warranted.
  • Preparing and managing all required product lifecycle artifacts and reviews 
  • Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits.
  • Support contract proposal process to include bidding, gating, negotiation, and contract definitization, and start-up efforts
  • Travel, as needed, to support business engagements

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or related technical degree and 8 years of relevant experience in program management, systems engineering, business management, etc
  • Experience with financial analysis tools
  • Experience with project management tools/systems
  • An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance
  • Experience with managing or partnering with a major subcontractor

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Technologies’ Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent
  • Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with risk and opportunity management
  • Program management experience in all program lifecycle phases, including production and sustainment; ability to engage senior level customers as well as industry partners
  • Understanding of NASAMS and related air defense systems
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence the cross-functional production team, functional leaders, domestic and global supply chain, and internal program leaders to secure the resources necessary execute a profitable program

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
