Job Description Summary:

Digital products play a central role in how we create value for customers, support the teams who serve them, and shape the consumer experience. Our product organization brings together small, empowered teams that move with clarity, speed, and purpose, enabling digital to be a meaningful source of advantage across our operating unit.

Our work touches on the experiences that keep the business running, including customer journeys, service delivery, sales workflows, and the systems that connect them. We are raising our standards for product craft and rebuilding the platforms behind these experiences.

We are hiring multiple Product Designers to join our growing in-house design practice. Designers work side-by-side with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to turn complex workflows into simple, coherent, human-centered experiences. The specific problem spaces may vary, but the expectation is consistent: thoughtful design, strong collaboration, and real impact.

About the Role

UI/UX Product Designers are core members of empowered, cross-functional product teams. Each designer owns the experience for a meaningful product area or journey and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to discover problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

In this role, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from understanding user needs and business context, to shaping interaction models, visual systems, and prototypes, to supporting delivery and iteration. You’ll design experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and scalable, while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

This role is a great fit for designers who enjoy solving real problems, collaborating deeply with partners, and translating complexity into clear, usable experiences.

Responsibilities

Product Design & Craft

  • Lead design for a product area or journey, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers

  • Translate user needs and business context into clear interaction models, flows, and visual designs

  • Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to explore and communicate ideas

Discovery & Iteration

  • Contribute to discovery through research synthesis, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping

  • Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to validate assumptions and refine solutions

  • Use insight and data to inform design decisions and continuous improvement

Experience Quality & Systems

  • Design end-to-end experiences that consider the full journey across digital and service touchpoints

  • Apply and contribute to shared design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards

  • Ensure consistency, usability, and quality across experiences

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with engineering to support high-quality implementation and iteration post-launch

  • Communicate design intent, rationale, and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners

  • Participate in critique and feedback to strengthen the overall quality of design work

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Demonstrated success designing and shipping digital products that meet user needs and deliver business impact

  • Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design across web and mobile platforms

  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design practices, usability principles, and accessibility standards

  • Ability to work effectively within empowered, cross-functional product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing complex workflows, operational tools, or data-rich products

  • Familiarity with enterprise or ecosystem products that span multiple roles or touchpoints

  • Exposure to AI-enabled or intelligent systems, including agentic or generative experiences

  • Experience contributing to design systems or shared experience frameworks

Skills

  • Product Thinking: Connects user needs, business context, and technical constraints into clear experience direction.

  • Design Craft: Creates intuitive, accessible interaction and visual design with attention to detail and quality.

  • Prototyping & Iteration: Uses prototyping and testing to explore ideas, learn quickly, and refine solutions.

  • Systems Thinking: Designs for coherence and consistency across journeys, platforms, and touchpoints.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Works effectively across disciplines and communicates design intent with clarity.
