Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an Associate Software Developer, UI/UX to join our remote team. In this role, you will help design and build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly digital applications. You will work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements and design ideas into engaging front-end experiences.

This is a strong opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to grow in both software development and UI/UX design.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain front-end application features
• Convert wireframes and mockups into responsive user interfaces
• Support usability improvements and interface enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Help ensure applications are accessible, visually consistent, and user-friendly

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Foundational front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue
• Exposure to UI/UX concepts and design tools

Preferred

• Internship or project experience in front-end or UI/UX development
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Understanding of API integration and responsive design principles

Salary Range: $63,600.00 - $111,300.00
