Job Description
Primary Responsibilities could include the following:
· Receiving and processing of Return Merchandise Authorizations and Buybacks.
· Communicate directly with individual stores in regards to shipments
· Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
· Follow quality service standards
· Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
· Become cross-trained in all areas of the distribution center and be able to fill-in where needed.
· Continuously work to improve efficiency with the distribution fulfillment process.
· Package, track, and ship devices.
· Promote the company's Core Values and adherence to those values.
· Collaborate pro-actively and successfully across departmental boundaries.
· Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Based on business needs to be able to stand or sit
· Any other duties assigned by Leadership based on business needs/customer risk
· Verify the accuracy of and timely transfer inventory parts into and out of Receiving Inspection locations
· Using various tools to create inspection orders as needed to fulfill daily shipment needs
Monitor shipment levels and work with management to ensure a continuous flow of work to the floor
· Any other duties assigned by Leadership based on business needs/customer risk
