About the location:

Nestled along a two-mile (3.2-kilometre) stretch of beach in Puerto Rico’s Bahia Beach community, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is also surrounded by its own 483-acre (195-hectare) private nature reserve. The property is seamlessly integrated with its natural surroundings, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in the white sand beaches, verdant walking trails, and myriad outdoor activities – from golf, tennis, swimming and beyond.

About the role Provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.

What you will do

Prepares the guest room for turndown service. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the linen closet. Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot. Removes Room Service trays and dishes and carts to service landings. Replaces used cups, saucers, spoons and glasses from the Minibar with clean china, glasses and cutlery from the Room Attendant pantry. Removes garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom. Closes drapes (based on applicable standard), reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed. Submits all maintenance issues in guestrooms, Public Areas and Back of house areas to the Engineering department through designated work systems and brings them to the attention of the Housekeeping management. Add special touches to the guestrooms to enhance the guest experience. For example micro fiber cloth, book marks, travel bags (65%)

2. Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens and coffee, tea and sugar sachets. (5%)

3. Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests. (10%)

4. Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed. (10%)

5. Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. (5%)

6. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. (5%)

What you bring

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Previous experience preferred but not required

Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write and speak English.
