At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional luxury experiences with genuine care and attention to detail. The Housekeeping Turn Down Attendant plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming evening environment by preparing guest rooms to the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, and personalized luxury.
What you will do
Provide professional evening turndown service in guest rooms, suites, and residences
Refresh beds, bathrooms, and amenities to Four Seasons luxury standards
Replace used towels, replenish guest supplies, and restock minibar items as needed
Ensure lighting, ambiance, and room presentation create a relaxing evening atmosphere
Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly
Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests during evening hours
Maintain cleanliness of assigned carts, storage areas, and service pantries
Follow all health, hygiene, and safety procedures
Support the housekeeping team to ensure seamless daily operations
What you bring
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience in a luxury hotel preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently during evening shifts
Professional appearance and excellent guest interaction skills
