The P&W Military APU & Turbojet Program, located in West Palm Beach, Florida has an immediate opening for a dynamic and results-driven Turbojet Program Manager (TJPM) to lead Pratt & Whitney Military Engines’ next phase of growth in the expendable engines space. The TJPM will be responsible and accountable for the current TJ150 production portfolio and will plan, execute and capture future pursuits. This role also involves leading a cross functional team to transition expendable engine programs from development to production. And while doing that, transforming the environment in which P&W designs, builds, and tests expendable engines to achieve the delivery, capacity, and cost targets that the marketplace demands. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, willingness to think “outside the box” and expertise in fostering collaboration across teams to deliver impactful results. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
What Will You Do
Act as responsible owner for all aspects of the turbojet production portfolio including financial results and delivering on customer commitments.
Lead a cross-functional team of professionals dedicated to growing the turbojet business
Implement new and revised design, production, and quality processes applicable to expendable engines to achieve the delivery and cost targets required for growth and increased market capture.
Grow production capacity with a network of internal and external manufacturing sites and supplier and partner locations.
Collaborate with Military Development Programs (MDP) and GatorWorks (GW) to (1) cultivate new opportunities, win and execute new development programs, and transition those programs to a production environment and (2) develop and qualify new engine design and manufacturing technologies required to meet market demands.
Team with Integrated Customer Solutions and MDP/GW to develop and implement an Expendable Propulsion business strategy meeting growth, delivery and financial goals.
Qualifications You Must Have
BA or BS in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Business is required
Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of experience in Program Management, Operations or Supply Chain or an Advanced Degree and 10 years experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Must have or be willing to obtain a valid US passport. Domestic and international travel is required to support business needs.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
