The Opportunity
本ポジションの主な目的は、搬送システムの提案から設置までのプロセスをリードし、顧客、外部業者、営業担当、サービス担当との密な連携を通じてプロジェクトを円滑に遂行することです。高い顧客満足度を実現するため、優れたコミュニケーション能力、批判的思考力、その他のソフトスキルが求められます。
What You’ll Do
- アボットの搬送システムの提案に向けた環境調査、顧客提案の技術支援、分析装置や関連機器を含む設置レイアウト図の作成およびワークフローシミュレーション、導入前後の検証、顧客トレーニングを担当する
- 顧客ニーズを適格に把握分析し、要件を満たすソリューションの提案に繋がる、搬送システムを含む機器システムの設置レイアウトとワークフローを構築する知識スキルを有すること
- 組織内のあらゆる関連部門と連携しながら、複数の業務を同時に遂行できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力、顧客ニーズと技術的・組織的な制約を折衝できる調整力、社内外と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力・交渉力を有すること
- 関係者には、検査室管理者、検査技師、設備担当者（IT、設備等）、外部ベンダー（LIS、採血管、その他）、営業担当、サービス担当、マーケティング担当が含まれる
- 組織内の関連部門に向けた搬送システム関連トレーニングにおいて、技術的な支援を行う
- アボットのビジネス行動規範を遵守し、推進する
Required Qualifications
- ヘルスケア業界での経験、特に臨床検査メーカーにおける搬送システムの提案、設置、顧客サポートの経験が3年程度もしくはそれ以上あることが望ましい
- 日本語および英語スキル （TOEIC 700以上が望ましい）
