About this Opportunity:

As a Trust Services Specialist, you will be responsible for processing daily business for Constellation Trust Company ("CTC"). As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.  

It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations.

 

Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

 

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Work directly with the fund or annuity company to re-register mutual funds and annuities 

  • Update broker dealer and representative information at the fund or annuity complex

  • Continuously in contact with CTC advisors to address new account paperwork issues

  • Determine whether client terminations are transfer "in-kind requests" or "liquidations"

  • Ensure prospectus and proxy fulfillment and post-sale fulfillment is completed by ADP

  • Continuously in contact with CTC advisors, representatives and outside companies to facilitate incoming and outgoing transfers

  • Ability to learn internal and external systems such as Advisor Desktop, Orion Connect , Web Portal, Salesforce, BridgeNet, and Power Agent

  • Process address changes for CTC clients

  • Work directly with the advisor  to answer questions pertaining to client accounts under ownership of CTC

  • Perform system demonstrations to prospective clients  

  • Process and follow-up on new account paperwork and asset transfers for new accounts

  • Process all incoming check contributions

  • Determine the contribution type and enters into cash accounting system

  • Confirm daily cash deposit to ensure correct deposit to the client's accounts

  • Daily contact with advisors to answer questions regarding new accounts and transfers

  • May perform other duties as required and assigned

We're looking for talent who:

  • Has knowledge of the securities industry

  • Possess good understanding of the securities industry

  • Has minimum of a High school diploma and preferably a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Has minimum of 6 months customer service experience

  • Preferably has minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$23.57 - $34.20
