POSITION SUMMARY
The True West Pass Experience Supervisor oversees the operational execution of Steamboat’s Premium Experience program – the True West Pass and locker room services at Hazie’s lounge. This role focuses on delivering a high-touch, seamless premium guest journey while maintaining operational excellence across multiple departments. The Supervisor executes on consistent service quality through prearrival and in-resort interactions with guests of the True West Pass product. The Supervisor also assists the True West Product Manager in overseeing additional concierge staff and acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Manager.

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the True West Concierge program, ensuring top-tier service delivery across premium access zones including pre-arrival communications and on-mountain lounge experience
• Assist in the de-escalation for Premium Experience guest issues, coordinating timely resolution and recovery
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist the Manager in monitor and audit of program execution and staff performance to maintain service standards
• Develop and oversee staff training on Premium Experience program protocols
• Provide high-level oversight of daily locker room operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policy
• Monitor locker room usage, capacity, and inventory
• Implement customer service best practices and provide training resources to front-line team members
• Act as the Manager of Duty in the absence of the True West Experience Manager
• Facilitate clear communication with True West guest to meet resort-wide guest Service Excellence goals
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous Guest Service Experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest services, resort operations, or hospitality leadership
• A minimum of 1-years of supervisory or leadership experience required
• 2 years of previous work history/education required
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbal / non-verbal, and written
• Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company’s Service Excellence standards
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or GED
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
Steamboat Resort hourly pay range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear
• Must be capable of walking or standing 75 % or more of a normal 8 to 10-hour work shift
• Must be capable of occasionally carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 35lbs
• Must be capable of occasionally squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and balancing, able to climb ladders and shovel snow
