CDL Truck Driver/Material Handler, 2nd Shift – Moorpark, CA

We have an opportunity for a CDL Truck Driver/Material Handler to join our Moorpark, CA team.  You will be responsible for moving trailers around the yard and ensuring that they are properly positioned for loading and unloading.

You will:

• Switch out trailers in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete material handling duties.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished goods
• Respond to calls and needs of production lines.
• Keep trailers organized and staged in appropriate areas.
• Communicate with the department in a timely manner.

Key Qualifications:

• California Class A CDL is required.
• Steel-toed footwear required.
• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
• Previous experience in distribution/shipping center preferred.

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly pay for this role is $23.00 - $25.00/hour, +8% shift premium for 2nd shift. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: 2pm start time, 8-10 hour shifts
• OT and weekends required
