Responsibilities :

JOB SUMMARY: 

 

The TREC & Inventory Operations lead is responsible for ensuring data integrity, timely execution of TREC calculations, and full ownership of inventory processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting settlement accuracy, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives within the O2R process.

 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • TREC & Inventory Management

  • Ensure 100% data integrity of TREC and Inventory KPIs and scorecards.
  • Prepare TREC HC models with 100% timeliness.
  • Conduct weekly TREC quality checkpoints and share dispute reports every Thursday.
  • Respond to TREC and Inventory escalations within 24 hours and implement containment/preventive actions.
  • Maintain settlement backlog below 10 cases per month under TREC’s bucket.
  • Fully manage inventory responsibilities and ensure smooth transition of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding training modules for TREC and Inventory.
  • Support migration to Task ID and drive adoption of SNOW for process automation.

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement

  • Lead at least 1 improvement project annually to enhance efficiency.
  • Document projects in the idea system and project board for transparency.
  • Collaborate with SPO, GEL, SME, and Customer Ops teams to drive continuous improvements and cross-functional alignment.

     

     

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 

    • College/University degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related courses. Master's degree in any of these courses is a plus. 

    • At least two (2) years' operational experience in data analysis and management and the delivery of operations using technology is required. 

    • Experience in project management and use of its tools. Certification is a plus. 

    • Experience in leading projects that require working with multi-disciplined teams. 

    • Experience in working with worldwide teams is preferred. 

    • Experience with Toner Reconciliation, MPS Consumables Management, Asset Management, or Customer Setup is preferred.
