Treatment/Hygiene Coordinator - Silverado Dental Wellness

We offer a full range of preventative, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dental services, including cleanings, crowns, implants, Invisalign, root canals, sedation, and same-day urgent care. With direct billing, CDCP coverage, financing options, weekend appointments, and extended evening hours, we strive to make high-quality dental care convenient and accessible for every patient. Schedule:

  • 2 evenings and 3 daytime shifts per week

  • Evening Shifts: 1pm-8pm

  • Daytime Shifts: 8am-3pm

  • 1 mandatory Saturday per month

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them

  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps

  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database

  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations

  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts


About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience

  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
