Treatment Coordinator - Life Dental on 6th

New Westminster, British Columbia Part time

Life Dental on 6th is a comprehensive care clinic that cares for all of your dental needs, from basic cleanings to complex surgeries. In addition to general dentistry and advanced procedures, we are at our core a community-centered clinic and believe strongly that all smiles matter. With state-of-the-art equipment and an expert team, we can take care of all our patient's needs in one clinic. 

 
Our office is in the heart of uptown New Westminster, BC at 6th and 3rd street. We're seeking a skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our team part-time.

The wage range is from $25 to $32 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.


Schedule:

Wednesday 10am - 6pm
Thursday 10am - 6pm
Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm

Responsibilities:

  • Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment

  • Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance

  • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty


About You:

  • Previous dental experience is required

  • Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is preferred

  • Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Detail oriented
