Joining us as a Treatment Coordinator means becoming an integral part of that patient journey. You’ll work alongside skilled clinicians in a collaborative, growth-focused environment, helping patients understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring they feel informed and supported at every step.


Schedule: Full-Time

Monday - Friday

3 days: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

2 days: 10.00 am - 7.00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment

  • Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance

  • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty


About You:

  • Previous dental experience is required

  • Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is preferred

  • Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Detail oriented
