About the Role

DriveWealth is seeking a proactive Treasury Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join a fast-paced, evolving financial environment. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on contributor to move beyond routine maintenance and actively help scale our liquidity and capital frameworks. You’ll learn how a broker-dealer scales its treasury operations during periods of rapid product diversification.  You will be a key player in managing the funding lifecycle for diverse asset classes—including equities, options, and crypto—while directly influencing how the firm handles growth and complexity.

What You’ll Do

  • Scalable Liquidity Planning: Develop and refine models to forecast liquidity and capital needs as the business expands into new markets and products.
  • Hands-on Monitoring: Track existing liquidity and capital requirements, including clearing requirements, ensuring we maintain optimal buffers during high-volume periods.
  • Cross-Product Funding & Integration: Assist in building the treasury infrastructure and managing the movement of funds and collateral across Equities, Options, Margin accounts, digital assets and stablecoin initiatives.
  • Independent Project Ownership: Lead the execution of critical initiatives, from establishing funding strategies to optimizing liquidity and capital management, with full ownership from start to finish.
  • Advance Data Strategy: Work within Databricks and AI tools to automate reporting, build and enhance predictive liquidity modeling, streamline data reconciliation processes, and provide real-time visibility into the DriveWealth’s financial health.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in Treasury, Liquidity Risk, or a related role within a Broker-Dealer or similar financial environment.
  • Core competency in managing large datasets using Databricks or similar platforms and a strong interest in applying AI tools to enhance and grow financial workflows.
  • Solid understanding of margin mechanics and the operational flow of equities and options.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • A "hands-on" approach with the ability to lead project executions independently in a lean, agile environment.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have at least the SIE, Series 99, and/or Series 7.
  • Required to be in the New York office at least 4 days a week.

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

$200,000$225,000 USD

Pay is generally based upon the level, complexity, responsibility, location and job duties / requirements of the specific position.
