Boliden is a high-tech metals company with its own mines and smelters that works long-term to guarantee society's access to base and precious metals. For a century, our work has been part of the value chains that have shaped modern society. At Boliden, we know that the metals we mine and make available will continue to play a crucial role in the future – what matters is how we produce them. Become a part of us and drive change for generations to come.

We are now looking for a Treasury Operations professional to join Boliden’s Group Treasury in Stockholm. This is a central role where you will work closely with the Group’s financial flows and help ensure that Boliden maintains a stable, efficient and well-functioning liquidity position in its day-to-day operations. You will become an important part of our treasury function and work in an international setting characterized by large values, complex flows and a strong focus on quality.

You contribute to high quality, accurate reporting and a well-functioning interaction between the different parts of the treasury function.

Who you will work with

You will be part of Group Treasury, a specialized team responsible for cash management, funding, risk management and trading. The team consists of professionals within Front Office, Back Office and Funding, and is led by the Group Treasurer.

  • Reconciliation of treasury transactions and preparation of documentation for closing
  • Handling of emissions allowances in relevant systems
  • Work in treasury and financial systems as well as Excel
  • Participate in continuous improvement and development initiatives within Treasury Back Office

What you bring

To succeed in this role, you are analytical, detail-oriented and well structured. You take ownership of your work, are confident working with numbers, and can handle large financial amounts with focus and precision. At the same time, you are communicative, service-minded and enjoy working across functional interfaces. You have the ability to remain calm and maintain quality even when the pace increases.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience from treasury, cash management, financial administration or banking
  • Strong system proficiency and very good skills in Excel
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken

It is considered an advantage if you also have:
