Position Overview:

This position supports our Treasury Management Sales Team throughout all Wintrust charters. This employee works alongside Sales Reps, Implementation/Support Reps, Customer Service Professionals, Product Managers, and Relationship Managers, assisting with a high volume of tasks including new product implementations, maintenance, research, reviews, and pricing.

What you’ll do:

This employee will interact with bank personnel across all lines of business and occasional direct client contact.  They must be able to multitask various daily duties for multiple TM Officers, possess a keen attention to detail, and effectively manage changing priorities. Candidate must be able to adapt to technology changes. They must be able to work independently, and gain and apply knowledge of several information systems. Candidate must be able to prioritize and plan work requirements, use time efficiently, and always seek out opportunities to better support the sales staff.

  • New Product Implementation: Assist with ticket creation, collection of TM agreements, preparing/gathering additional documents as needed, and managing the workflow of a deal

  • Client Maintenance: Assist with creation of tickets, gathering information, collecting signed documents, monitoring for successful completion. Review ACH usage and make recommendations for limits

  • Research: Troubleshoot and investigate issues related to clients, services, and pricing. Provide reports as requested

  • Pricing: Accurate addition and removal of fees, investigating discrepancies, adding and analyzing customized pricing models

  • Projects: Special projects as requested.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in banking

  • High School Degree or equivalent

  • Experience in commercial banking with Treasury Management product knowledge preferred

  • Ability to work independently, while establishing strong working relationships with other areas of the Bank

  • Ability to gain and apply knowledge of information systems

  • Ability to retain and easily recall new information

  • Strong organization skills with high attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required

  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information and issues with tact and discretion

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20.00 - $26.45 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
