Overview

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Treasury team with administrative and analytical functions. This includes daily cash management, payments, opening/closing domestic and foreign bank accounts, preparing Know Your Customer (“KYC”) documentation requested by banks and third-party financial partners, and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Cash and Liquidity Management:
    • Prepare daily cash positioning and liquidity reports ensuring sufficient funding for ALO’s retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations.
    • Track and report corporate debt, including interest expense.
  • Banking Operations:
    • Support the setup and maintenance of new bank accounts, user access, and signatory controls across multiple banking partners.
    • Assist with administrative requests from bank and financial partners which may include the preparation of KYC documentation, gathering appropriate legal documentation, bank fee analysis, and coordination of bank activities to support the company’s financial operations.
    • Assist with other daily banking activity, including domestic and international wire transfers and ACH payments.
  • Bank Accounts:
    • Maintain bank account files, bank account signers, and ensure files are updated.
  • Support Retail Stores:
    • Support new store openings by managing service fulfillment including completion of forms for armored car and other third-party services and taking ownership of ordering required supplies from bank partners for new stores to deposit cash and perform banking functions in their area.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to Alo’s Treasury policies and internal controls and maintain proper documentation.
    • Participate in system automation and process improvement initiatives to streamline treasury workflows
  • Technology:
    • Assist the team with the implementation of Treasury technology to automate processes.
    • Support implementation of Treasury Management System

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury or related field in Finance.
  • Experience with treasury management systems or financial software a plus
  • Working knowledge of banking platforms
  • Intermediate proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or similar certifications are a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
