Job Duties:
Wausau Financial Systems Inc, a Deluxe company, seeks a Treasury Advisory Manager. The Treasury Advisory Manager will carry a revenue quota and assign revenue quotas to each team member in support of the overall revenue quota assigned to the Advisory Services business and the success of the Payments Division. Oversee the team’s design and execution of quantitative models, including but not limited to: (a) economic benefit estimation for corporate end-users and banks; (b) predictive models to identify and prioritize prospects for banks to sell Deluxe solutions to corporate clients; and (c) market assessment models to define industry revenue and profit pools, all using a variety of analysis methodologies. Modify and improve models and tools based on market and internal feedback, industry knowledge and technology improvements. Participate in and lead efforts to automate the movement and delivery of data and models. Remain on top of developments, internal and external, in AI and Machine Learning and recommend adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy of our insights and recommendations. Coordinate with other technology partners in IT, Operations and Product Management in order to share insights and successes. Provide learning opportunities to team members and other constituents to ensure knowledge of and adherence to current technologies and methodologies. Direct contact with Deluxe clients and, as needed, their end customers to explain our process, how we use and safeguard their data, and the insights and recommendations we have developed. Mentor and coach supervised team members in the desired communication with constituents and clients to ensure a consistent message. Interact and support the Advisory Consultants and Client Executives in the delivery of consistent and valuable advice and counsel. Oversee team members’ engagement execution, monitoring project status, identifying key risks, and communicating project status internally and externally. Creatively identify means to accelerate engagement execution and ensure successful outcomes. Supervise 3-5 subordinates with job titles: Treasury Advisory Analyst; Treasury Advisory Senior Analyst. Position requires little domestic travel up to 24% of the time. Telecommuting available anywhere in the United States.
Job Requirements:
Requires at least a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics or Finance. Must possess 4 years (48 months) of experience with all of the following: (a) working in the treasury management industry, using service code structures; (b) using standard banking and commercial file formats, including ISO 20022 XML, SWIFT MT, ACH— NACHA, and BAI,/BAI2; (c) designing, developing, and deploying models using Amazon Webservices AWS Sagemaker, AWS Lambda, AWS ECS; (d) analyzing complex data sets using R programming(ggplot, plotly, spzCy, shiny, tidyr, dplyr), SQL(Structured Query Language), NoSQL, Xamarin Forms; (e) utilizing Python to conduct data preparation, data exploration, data visualization, and data modeling using the following libraries: scikitlearn, numpy, keras, tensorflow, pandas, pyTorch, matplotlib, nltk, mito, dask; (f) designing data schema for internal data warehouses and implementations for future data storage AWS S3 buckets, MongoDB, RDBMS, SQLite; (g) monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting data issues in data pipelines; and (h) utilizing all of the following: Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Pivot Tables, and Macros, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau. Experience may be gained concurrently.
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is: $90,376 - $135,342.

The compensation range for this position is $90,376.00 - $135,342.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
