Amsterdam Full Time

Job Purpose

The Travix Performance Monitoring Analyst is responsible for optimizing the commercial performance and quality of airline content by monitoring competitiveness, bookability, and revenue streams across markets where Travix is present. Acting as a strategic bridge between Trip Supply and Travix Operations, you will leverage data-driven insights to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure our customers always have access to the most comprehensive and market-leading flight options.

Core tasks and responsibilities

  • Monitor, report out and improve the commercial performance of content provided by Trip Supply Team, ensuring quality, coverage and competitiveness across Travix markets for your specific airline portfolio.
  • Ensure Travix sources market-leading content that is competitive and comprehensive from existing suppliers. Define content requirements in collaboration with the Pricing team, request additional sourcing from the Trip Supply Team, and follow up to ensure alignment with these requirements.
  • Oversee supply related revenue streams and pricing components (ie. airline front-end and back end incentives, payment rebates etc) and identify their impact on sales.
  • Collaborate with our Pricing team to achieve segment sales targets, optimize contribution margin, expand ancillary coverage, enhance conversion rates, and address bookability issues (e.g., price jumps, order validations, and ticketing).
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining high success rates (Bookability), identifying issues where a selected flight cannot be successfully completed or confirmed by liaising with Trip colleagues in Shanghai and internal Travix stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitor, check and suggest Travix’s sales bans and filters across carriers and origin-destination pairs.
  • Represent Travix/TPM and its content impact and interests in various meetings with stakeholders, e.g. Travix Meta performance weekly, Trip Business Development alignment meetings.
  • Work with other TPM members and both Trip and Travix stakeholders to conduct analysis, identifying root causes of issues and propose solutions that impact content quality, competitiveness and bookability.
