The Travel Industry Sales Coordinator supports the Travel Industry Sales team in driving revenue, strengthening global travel advisor relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments. This role plays a key part in maintaining the Four Seasons standard of excellence by providing exceptional service, detailed follow up, and strong organizational support.
What you will do:
Assist Travel Industry Sales Manager with day to day communication with travel advisors, including responding to rate requests, availability inquiries, and representing Sales lead when attending trade shows and property events.
Prepare professional proposals, presentations, confirmations, and follow up materials that reflect Four Seasons service standards.
Maintain advisor profiles, production reports, and account information to support strong relationship management and accurate forecasting.
Manage sales systems, including updating Opera, Delphi, and internal reporting tools.
Track production of key travel industry partners and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Support in the preparation of sales trips, FAM itineraries, trade events, and partner trainings.
Coordinate property site inspections, ensuring that all details reflect the luxury positioning of the resort.
