The Position

Job Overview: Credit Card PA Administrator – APAC

The Credit Card PA Administrator is responsible for managing corporate credit card programs under the Travel & Expense (T&E) function, with a focus on Citibank services across the APAC region. This role ensures effective administration, compliance, and support for end users while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and address any issues promptly.

The Responsibilities:

Corporate Credit Card Administration:

Manage the end-to-end administration of Citibank corporate credit cards, including issuance, activation, and cancellation.

Maintain and update cardholder records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Monitor credit card limits and handle limit adjustments based on approval workflows.

User Support and Issue Resolution -Incident Management:

Provide support to employees for credit card-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Assist cardholder disputes, fraud cases, and lost or stolen card incidents in collaboration with Citibank and internal teams.

Analyze and process credit card incidents, proposing corrective actions and monitoring resolutions to prevent recurrence.

Change and Process Management:

Document and implement changes in credit card processes to improve efficiency and user experience.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of credit card policies, workflows, and escalation procedures.

Stakeholder and Vendor Engagement:

Work closely with APAC regional finance teams, Citibank representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve credit card-related concerns.

Partner with T&E teams to align credit card policies and processes with broader expense management strategies.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure adherence to company policies, credit card agreements, and regional regulations.

Prepare monthly statements for payment clearing and provide them to the Account Payable team for processing.

Ad Hoc Projects and Support:

Support T&E-related projects, including system upgrades, process improvement initiatives, or regional rollouts.

Assist with hypercare support during critical periods or transitions.

Who you are:

- Experience in corporate credit card administration, preferably with Citibank or similar platforms.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for incident resolution and reporting.

- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.

- Proficiency in managing credit card data, reporting tools, and related systems.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
