A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Travel & Expense Intern, you will gain practical knowledge of travel and expense processes in an international environment. You will learn how to perform and communicate finance and accounting analysis effectively, while working with enterprise systems such as Concur and SAP, giving you a unique opportunity to understand global financial operations.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Supporting the Travel & Expense team in managing expense reports and travel-related processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assisting in financial analysis and reporting activities, helping the team communicate insights clearly and effectively.
  • Learning and working with Concur and SAP systems, contributing to process improvements and data integrity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and provide support where needed.
  • Gaining exposure to international finance practices and corporate accounting standards.

This internship will help you develop analytical, communication, and organizational skills while providing valuable insight into global finance and expense management.

Skills You Bring:

  • Fluent in English and Polish a clear plus.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Eager to learn and grow professionally, especially in accounting and finance.
  • Curious and motivated to work in an international environment.
  • A true team player who enjoys collaborating with different people and is always ready to help.
