Salary Range: $125776 - $197200 Per Year

Job Summary: As a Travel and Relocation Services Program Coordinator, you will provide strategic advice, recommendations, solutions, and resolve highly complex issues for the Travel Shared Services business lines. The Office of Travel, Transportation and Logistics (TTL) provides governmentwide solutions for travel, transportation, fleet management and emergency management. Location will be determined upon selection. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Major Duties:

  • Develop and maintain a strategic organizational relationship with other federal agencies at the national level and serve as an internal national expert on the customer's mission, strategic direction, and workplace needs to strategically position GSA Travel Shared Services & ETSNext to facilitate accomplishment of the customer's mission. Leads and/or actively participates in cross-functional inter-agency account teams, project teams (to provide the customer perspective), special initiative teams, etc. Gathers, analyzes, and shares customer/inter-agency business intelligence in order to identify customer pain points and common concerns or issues, positively impacting/affecting customer satisfaction and usability. Conduct research as the national expert in ETSNext & Travel Shared Services to understand the customer's mission and business drivers and assess factors which may impact its travel & expense needs nationwide. Respond to customer inquiries and assists in the resolution of transactional and/or systemic customer issues/problems (service delivery, project delivery, etc.). to build relationships across travel business lines, stakeholders, and national customer agencies. Assess program effectiveness, by investigating or analyzing a variety of complex and unusual conditions, problems, questions, and issues and making recommendations for resolution of those critical problems through application enhancement and/or developing new service solutions.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $125,776 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. You may review the 2026 GS pay scale here. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes providing strategic advice, recommendations, and solutions to resolve highly complex, enterprise-wide challenges within a Travel and Expense Shared Services or similar program. This experience must include the following: Performs both strategic account management and customer service management functions in support of organizational priorities and stakeholder needs. Gathers and synthesize information from diverse sources including customers, stakeholders, and technical experts to analyze complex issues and develop integrated, customer-focused solutions. Applies project management methodologies and tools to monitor risks, issues, and progress, and to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and successful program outcomes.
