About the Role & Team 

Are you passionate about Guest Service and like to drive? The Transportation Services Assistant (part time) at Golden Oak provides excellent service to the Residents of Golden Oak! You will transport Residents and their Guests to and from their private homes to multiple locations on the Walt Disney World Resort property and select locations throughout Central Florida. We work with other members of the Golden Oak team to guarantee a seamless experience for all Golden Oak Residents. You will report to the Guest Experience Manager of Club Member Services. 

What You Will Do 

• Provide safe and efficient transportation using Golden Oak dedicated transportation vehicles 

• Safely maintain a fleet of vehicles 

• Assist with requests from the Club Member Services team to uphold exceptional service levels at the Golden Oak Clubhouse 

• Support club events and provide operational support for special occasions 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

• Must have a valid US Driver’s License for 5 years 

• Consistent record of following state and federal motor vehicle regulations 

• Meet Department of Transportation Physical Standards and Regulations 

• Provide full availability for the first 4 weeks after start date 

• 6 months + of guest service experience 

• Knowledge of the Walt Disney World Property and Central Florida area 

• Experience handling confidential information 

• Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies 

• Schedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts, and holidays 

• Acquirement of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) will be required after hiring if not already obtained

Preferred Qualifications 

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) 

•  Bilingual
