Manage daily transportation operations using TMS for inbound and outbound shipments (Regional)
Monitor shipment status, resolve exceptions, and ensure on-time delivery
Ensure shipment compliance with DOT and other applicable regulations
Identify and execute freight consolidation opportunities to optimize cost and service
Support freight bill audit and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
Maintain carrier profiles, routing guides, and rate tables within TMS
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure carrier compliance and performance
Generate and analyze transportation KPI data and reports to drive continuous important opportunities
Support system enhancements and participate in TMS-related projects and testing
Ensure master data accuracy and integrity within the TMS platform
Provide training and support to internal users on TMS functionality
Supports expedited shipments and other customer urgent tasks
The following are required for the role
3+ years Supply Chain experience or bachelor’s in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in transportation operations or TMS management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Travel up to 10% domestically
