Responsibilities:
Participate in transportation related projects and testing, related to both transportation system changes and changes to systems that interface with the transportation system.
Report and analyze data to show root cause lane issues by carrier or customer. Extensive knowledge of excel required.
Day to day executional support between carriers and 3PL facilities including reverse logistics support.
Support US based transportation planner as well as assume some transportation planning responsibilities.
Work with cross functional groups in support of metrics improvement and working on customer related issues.
Assist with weekly OS&D review meetings with 3PLs and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
Provide weekly/monthly analytics across all aspects of transportation and warehousing allowing for quick decision making to drive results.
Filing claims.
Additional duties may include training other team members, reporting, projects and cross training on other rolls within supply chain logistics.
Supervision:
Reports to Transportation and Warehouse Manager.
Potential Career Progression:
Lateral career opportunities within the supply chain function to broaden experience/skill set.
Promotional opportunities within the Supply Chain area.
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
A University Degree (preferably in logistics or inventory management).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Canadian transportation & warehouse operation/supporting role, with experience in other areas of supply chain being a plus.
Experience working with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and OTM/other TMS is an asset.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Must have a high attention to detail.
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings; quickly synthesize information to help drive results.
Must have good negotiation & communications skills.
Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented, collaborative, accountable and imaginative.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
