Agropur is looking for a Fleet Logistics Asset Analyst to join its team based in Etobicoke.
Reporting to the Director of Logistics Projects and Assets, the Fleet Logistics Asset Analyst is responsible for the smooth operation and daily availability of assets. They act as the primary point of contact for local users and various suppliers to ensure equipment compliance and accessibility.
Working closely with transportation and manufacturing operations at sites in Ontario, Western Canada, and Atlantic Canada, the analyst monitors equipment availability, tracks maintenance, and controls associated costs. Leveraging Agropur’s network of external suppliers, the analyst continuously seeks opportunities to optimize trailer usage to maintain service to users while reducing costs. The ability to prioritize multiple requests, influence internal clients, and adapt to a dynamic environment will be the key challenges of this role.

Salary range 004: 78 300$ to 97 900$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
What’s involved in this role
The main responsibilities of Fleet Logistics Asset Analyst are:
Responsible for daily reviews of asset availability by site.
Handle maintenance requests, from issue identification to invoice closure.
Support monitoring of site-specific maintenance budgets.
Act as the primary point of contact for various suppliers.
Coordinate information transfer with Agropur users.
Support the transition of fleet management.
Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Organize and lead meetings to drive user service improvement initiatives.
What you need to join our team
University or college degree in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in a
dynamic context.
Team-oriented and always seeking innovative ideas to optimize costs and
exceed customer expectations.
