We are seeking a Transplant Finance Administrator to help shape the future of our high-acuity, life‑changing transplant programs.

Position Summary

The Transplant Finance Administrator serves as a key program leader, responsible for the financial strategy, oversight, and performance of all transplant service lines. This role ensures long-term financial sustainability while supporting exceptional, patient-centered transplant care. You will partner closely with clinical leadership, revenue cycle teams, contracting, and compliance to manage reimbursement, cost controls, budgeting, and regulatory requirements unique to transplant services.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead financial planning and budgeting for all transplant service lines
  • Oversee transplant billing, coding, reimbursement, and payer analysis
  • Support payer negotiations, contract structures, and center‑of‑excellence requirements
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, UNOS, OPTN, and regulatory standards
  • Build financial dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Partner with transplant physicians, administrators, and executive leaders
  • Mentor and develop transplant finance staff

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive healthcare finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of hospital finance, reimbursement, and revenue cycle
  • Experience with complex service lines or high‑acuity clinical programs

Additional Qualifications (nice to have)

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related)
  • Experience in transplant finance or high‑complexity specialty programs
  • Familiarity with CMS, UNOS, and OPTN requirements
  • Experience in academic medical centers or large health systems

Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor an employment visa for this position.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $170,500 annualized

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
