As Transition Lead, you’ll guide the transition of services and processes into Bupa Capability Centres (BCCs) in India and Egypt, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal disruption. You’ll help build internal talent, modernise operations, and create efficiencies that ultimately improve customer outcomes.
Lead all transition activities from Bupa UK Functions and Business Units to our global capability centres (GCC) in India and Egypt.
Develop and execute detailed transition plans, covering scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Manage end-to-end service transitions, ensuring operational readiness
Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation, and change management activities.
Define KPIs and success metrics for transition outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement, modernisation, and automation of processes, including AI where appropriate.
Collaborate with leadership to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
Manage budgets and ensure compliance with governance
Global Capability Centre transition / project management experience - essential
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on project management expertise.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in complex environments.
Experience in risk and change management.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Background in building in-house capability and career development frameworks.
Travel - requirement for quarterly travel to Bupa offices in India and Egypt
